About Toftech Limited

Toftech was initially formed in 2010 in Sydney, Australia to provide contract services to clients in Australia. After relocating back to the UK in October 2015 the company moved to UK Limited Company status and began full trading.

Six years later we have grown at a good pace and now manage Outsourced Technology services for several UK companies. We have also built and deployed many websites from basic to full e-commerce systems, been involved in restructuring of large Amazon Web Services infrastructure, and built and deployed enterprise grade systems for several large blue-chip UK companies. Upgraded and secured all internal systems for GDPR and SSL for LV insurance. Upgraded all booking systems for Flybe in 2016.

The Helpdesk
As part of your support contract you will be provided with access to a helpdesk system. This allows all users to raise support tickets for our agents to resolve. They can attach images and provide all the details for a swift resolution.

There are many choices of support for your staff, such as purchasing blocks of support hours that are automatically tracked on the helpdesk, or on a monthly per user basis for unlimited support calls or tickets starting from just £20 per user a month.
